Showering Children with Love
Parents and The Rainbow Garden share a welcomed partnership in the nurture, care and development of their child. The welfare and safety of students is foremost in the planning of each school day. Shared information between home and school is accomplished through notes, daily conversations, conferences and progress reports. We do not take our jobs lightly, for within our classroom walls our future is being nurtured. We commit to every family, that each school day is an adventure in learning.
Professional Teachers with a Tender Touch
The Rainbow Garden employs experienced, Child Development Associate (CDA) certified teachers who love children, enjoy teaching and believe in our mission. Our teachers benefit from required in-service training programs focused on early childhood education, CPR and first-aid. The Rainbow Garden retains a high quality staff who provide a consistent learning experience for your child.
Nourishment for Strong Roots
Today's kindergarten experience is more rigorous, with high expectations for academic preparedness, self-discipline and social skills. Also school "accountability" is now a priority, and the academic bar has been raised. The Rainbow Garden is serious about our primary goal - to prepare children for the challenges of the next academic level. Our curriculum develops a strong foundation for reading, writing, science, math skills and includes art, music and Spanish. Parents of our graduates report that their children were truly prepared for kindergarten in both private and public school settings.
Christian Philosophy in Education
The Rainbow Garden's goal is to provide a loving, Christian environment to nourish the child's growth and development spiritually, emotionally, socially, academically and physically. We seek to fulfill the task to which our Lord has commissioned us by teaching in a way which honors Christ and advances His kingdom. We believe the most effective way to do this is to teach from a scriptural position with Christian principals that provide a solid foundation and prepare the young child for future academic school years.
